RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Turn around time is 5/10 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Pre orders are 15-30 business days from the close date. Turn Around Time Does Not include weekends or holidays.
We ship thru USPS. It take about 5-7 business days. We try to get all orders out as quickly as possible while still trying to make sure everything is upheld and that you are happy with what you ordered. If you have any questions please feel free to message us with any questions you have.
If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate items, please send me an email to pcgcreation@gmail.com within 3 Days.
If an item is returned for a wrong address, insufficient address, return to sender etc., The buyer will be responsible for paying the reship fee. No refunds will be issued.

Shipping times aren't the same as processing order time frame. We ship thru usps. We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS. Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. If a package is returned the due to wrong address or return to send, exc. the buyer WILL BE responsible for paying reshipping fees
