  • What is the Processing time?
    The Turn Around Time on Made to order is 5-10 Business Days and Pre Orders is 15-30 Business days that does not include shipping. Expect the full 30 days. I do my best to get all order out as quickly as possible.
  • Pre Orders
    Our Pre Orders are open for 2 weeks so that way everyone has a change to buy. Our Process is once the Pre Orders have closed then we will begin to get everything ready, and it will ship out between 15-30 business days NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLDAYS. If for any reason, there is a delay I will email you and we can discuss what you would like to do.
  • Shipping
    Shipping is a flat rate of $7 unless you spend 75$ and then it is free. I ship thru USPS and it take 1-5 days to get to you. if you have a lost or stolen package, please contact your post off and file a clam thru them. Once Orders are shipped there is nothing i can do on my end if it is lost or stolen.
  • What if i buy a Pre-order and read/made to order?
    if you order a preorder and made to order than everything will ship at the same time once the pre order has closed and we have gotten it. So your turn around time is the 15-30 business days.
